Colorado Rockies sign Jamie Moyer to a Minor League deal

At age 49 and still pitching, when will he ever stop.

Love this! Give the guy credit for rehabbing the Tommy John surgery and having so much desire for so long.

The strange thing is why does he want to pitch for the Rockies?

He probably didn't have a ton of options if he only signed a minor league deal, maybe try and look good in the spring and sign on somewhere else.

Good grief, who would have thought he would be the last of the 1989 rookie class left standing..

Good grief. Even more impressive. He's been playing in the Majors longer then most 2012 rookies will have been alive.

He is one of the best guys in baseball. He does so much for the community, the fans, and charity. He even has a bunch of kids many of whom he adopted. Great guy!
