Fausto Carmona is actually Roberto Hernandez
Dominican Police: Carmona Using Assumed Name: MLB Rumors - MLBTradeRumors.com
Quote:

Police in the Dominican Republic say Fausto Carmona's real name is Roberto Hernandez Heredia, Enrique Rojas of ESPNDeportes tweets. Dionisio Soldevila of the AP tweets that Carmona is 31, not 28 and Jorge Arangure Jr. of ESPN.com tweets that the right-hander's chances of obtaining a visa quickly don't seem good. Yancen Pujols first tweeted news of the identity issues.

I would assume the Indians could void his contract (and they should for multiple reasons)

There is a lot of that coming from the DR. Mainly the age with Pujols, he looked really slow last year.

Doubt it, Ortiz has a full no-trade clause I believe (10 and 5 rights).

Pujols can hit the ball out of the ballpark, but he has looked out of shape to me, the last couple years, especially during the start of spring training last year when the contract saga was starting. That could have contributed to his slow start.

His swing looked a little slower, it could have been the contract issues that was plagging him.

I pray to God this means we can void his contract and I never have to see him pitch for Cleveland again.

Hopefully A.J. Burnett, so the Yankees can void those two years remaining on his deal.

This is good news. 2 starting pitchers for the price of 1. Carmona and Hernandez suck, but the price is right. Teams should start signing 3 Dominican pitchers and end up with 6. Quick way to build rotation depth!

Not sure how this even makes any sense, considering Fausto is absolute garbage.

Closer thing to karma would be losing V-Money since the Indians lost Brantley, Hafner, Kipnis, Sizemore, Choo last year for various time periods..
