  • Ucffans thank you so much, you're the man!

    To my fellow forum members,

I was just writing to a new member Mr. Bill Bates (He has a thread entitled; "What is your Holy Grail") on how wonderful this site is, how giving of every member is, the help and genuine care, the generosity that exudes from CCW, would show humanity, there is still, individuals like this here at CCW. I would like to recommend forum members to visit and share in Mr. Bates thread, your Holy Grail of football cards.

Today was a day that shocked the sh*+ out of me! As I had my daughter check the mail, a wonderful package arrived from Uffcans just because. This was a huge surprise for me. In this wonderful package, the cards sent were a huge single lot of my all time idol Brett Favre. He's my idol due to the fact that (I know he flipped flopped on the whole retirement issue) at 40+ years of age, he was able to take the Minnesota Vikings into the NFC Playoffs and performed at such a high level. His entire career was such and he did it with love and having a fun time playing the game.

Below are just some examples from the lot from Uffcans, once again, thank you so much for the Brett Favre cards.

    Toshi

I love how a entry level card from Score is utilizing the type of full bleed technique.

I love the products of these next two cards as well as the infamous Chrome display.

Thank you so much for your kind words and gesture. Mrs. Toshi and I have determined that the 2009 Topps Unique Brett Favre card is Mrs. Toshi's favorite card from the lot you gave me, she especially loves the word Favre lightly embossed on the side, so lightly in fact, I did not see it until Mrs. Toshi pointed it out. Only our wives have detailed eyes as such. Maybe, sometimes, a bit too much! LOL!!

It is my pleasure in my contributions to the forum. I so enjoy all the threads and the feedback I get. IV never experienced this in my life so this is just an exciting new adventure to my life now.

      Once again, thank you,
      Toshi
