Is the CCF photo hosting up and running?

Since I am relatively new and I recall a post/update regarding photo hosting...I have been holding of building a bucket until your new hosting system/policy comes on line...

We do have a photo album to upload scans, but I believe it can only hold 20 or 30 pics?
