All Damon Jones was good for was making 3s. He complained when he in Milwuakee because he wasnt playing for a winning team. The Heat and Cavs both traded him prior to his stint as a Buck. To those who remember the All Star Game joke a few years back, "Damon Jones is the monster that Shaq created." LOL!

When Damon Jones was in Cleveland, he told the fans that he was the best shooting in the league, hands down. I wonder if he still feels that way?

Doesn't matter who the player is...it's the idea of players leaving the NBA to play overseas

What do you mean it doesn't matter? Who is going to stop watching the NBA because a guy like Damon Jones left, honestly its better for all involved he gets paid and the NBA wont here from him and need to deal with any antics he'll proabbly do

i dont understand why it hurts the NBA when low-level role players leave for a year or two, realize the NBA is better, and come back. that's what has happened for far with the players that have left (with the exception of Josh Childress who will be back within a couple years).

Nobody evens blinks if Damon Jones signs overseas. Unless an all-star goes overseas in their prime, no one will even think anything of it. So far the best known player to go overseas is Josh Childress. Look at Carlos Arroyo, Carlos Delfino, and Nenad Krstic, they all went overseas and eventually came back to the NBA. So expect Childress, Linas Kleiza, and Von Wafer to be back in the NBA in the next 2 seasons.

Gotta agree here....Damon Jones leaving the NBA for overseas means nothing for the NBA. All it means is that no NBA team wanted to pay Amon Ones (Cavs fans know whats up), so he decided to go overseas.
