He retired unfortunately. He sat out all of last season with concussion issues. I wished he was able to retire a Duck since I know Anaheim was going to try to sign him.

I must be getting old. I started following hockey in 1990-91 when UD Hockey came out... and a lot of these guys' careers were just starting out. Did anyone else remember chasing down the 1991-92 UD Czech Paul Kariya rookie cards?
I hated the Ducks (for obvious reasons), but it was hard not to like Kariya.
