Well, the Gretzky card is 8 cards over in the 2nd row, so as long as it's not wrinkled in any way, they have lazor cutters that will centre it perfectly, and cut it razor sharp, which is unheard of for any OPC cards back then. This could potentially grade a Gem mint 10, or PSA in the high 90's, or however they do it now? If it got into the right hands, it could get done. There is a guy about 1.5 hours away from me that does this, and has a rediculous amount of high graded old cards from the 80's etc, and the grading companies will grade them lazor cut. Not sure if they all will, but I think BGS does.
EDIT: Actually, I just saw the Gretzky closeup pic, and it looks like there is a crease running through the top right of the card, so nevermind what I said above.
