Hall of Really Good, but not HOF - my fantasy team

With the Hall of Fame this weekend, I decided to put together my All-star team of NON-Hall of Fame players with 2 bench spots.

To come up with this list:
1.) I did not include people still active or within the 5 year window.
2.) I also did not include people who I think will make it (Biggio)
3.) I did not include anyone associated with PEDs, gambling, and other issues which would be the main reason for not being in the Hall (hey it's my list, I can make the rules )

SP - Bret Saberhagen
SP - Luis Tiant
RP - Lee Smith
RP - Dan Quisenberry
RP - Billy Wagner (OK - I cheated, he isn't eligible yet, but I don't think he will make it and I had a hard time finding a RP who was consistently good and not just 3 good years).

Anybody have a player they would add to the list or subtract from the list? I was very tempted to put Thurman Munson ahead of Ted Simmons (they were both a little before my time).

I would add Canseco and Mcgwire, possibly also Dave Kingman.
