oh it was you I was telling a friend about that hit the 2 luck autos in a week, again sick cards man. Has to be one of the best hits, retail I have ever seen besides someone on BOC hit a /25 SOH Barry sanders 2 color patch auto of valor out of a topps megabox.

Hey George,

Stopped at WalMart today. It finally happened. Topps Chrome 40% off. I don't know if they overproduced it or it was the lack of any great QBs, but the have still been putting out boxes down here. Went ahead and grabbed 2, though I probably won't get anything. All the retail Chrome I bought last year, only got 3 autos.

No autos, but I did get 1 insert in each box that are better than any autos I have gotten: 1969 Refractors EJ Manuel (BV $25), Gold Refractors Keenan Allen (BV $50, surprised).

You probably already have multiples of these, but I also got a Relics Bernard and a Purple Hunt. Do you want me to set them aside.

Nice hits on those boxes Rob, I just sold a huge lot to Sabby from all the extras I had and still have a ton left. I only found 1 box marked down around here but my Target still has full price boxes. I have bought a couple of the Valor Megaboxes and bought some prizm. Prizm looks really good this year but out of 9 rack packs and 2 blasters I didn't hit a single numbered card and no autos. Best refractor was a Prizm Bortles.

Prism has made it here yet. Got really turned off on it last year. Bought a hobby box for $90 last year, 2 crappy autos for hits, then the prices started plummeting. Still waiting on 2 redemptions including 1/1 Joeckel auto. However, from what I have seen on Toshi's thread the cards look nice.
