The lawyer for Colts ILB Josh McNary said his client "unhesitatingly denies" all accusations made against him.
McNary was taken into custody Wednesday on one count of rape, one count of criminal confinement and one count of battery for an incident that took place in the early morning hours of Dec. 1. A 29-year-old woman told police she met a man at a downtown bar after a long night of drinking and was raped at his apartment. "The charges and affidavit publicly disseminated on Wednesday afternoon are not evidence of wrongdoing, but simply one side's story," McNary's lawyer said. McNary has not seen any defensive snaps during the Colts' two playoff wins. The Colts have requested that the league place him on the Commissioner Exempt List.
