I have no idea how Sanjosefuji does it, but he continues to amaze me. I (as well as many others here at Cardboard Connection), love to read his posts. They are always full of wit and wisdom as well as glimpses into his childhood which mirror many of my memories as well.

Then... he goes ahead and sends me the mother of all cool items! Back in 1985, I had a chance to meet Sibby Sisti. At the time, I was 11 years old and really didn't know who he was. He was the grandfather of a friend of mine. He introduced me to his good buddy Chuck Tanner - whom I knew a little better because he was the manager of the Pirates. Many years later, would I realize how cool of a thing it was to meet a baseball veteran of 13 years as well as a WWII veteran. Look what Fuji sent me:



Then, as my name demonstrates (ucffans), I am a UCF graduate and fan. I had the chance to meet Daunte Culpepper when he was in school and have started a nice collection of his cards. I have been blessed to have a collection of over 100 base cards and 12 GU cards. However, I did not have an auto'd card...until now:


Throw in a nice auto'd card of Kevin Smith and it was quite a trifecta!
