The Bengals are never major players in free agency, and they were awarded extra picks for losing RE Michael Johnson and OT Anthony Collins last offseason. Johnson and Collins, of course, were both cut by the Bucs after one year in Tampa, and Johnson ended up back in Cincinnati. The Ravens also did well, earning an extra fourth-rounder and two fifths.
