Mike Miller and the Portland Trail Blazers have finalized a contract buyout.

Once Miller clears waivers, the Denver Nuggets are among the teams with an interest in signing Miller. The Nuggets previously pursued Miller before he signed with the Cleveland Cavaliers last offseason.

The Blazers acquired Miller in the Brendan Haywood trade in July, receiving two future second-round picks from the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Miller is scheduled to clear waivers on Wednesday.

Miller was formally waived on Monday by the Portland Trail Blazers.

Portland absorbed Miller's $2.8 million expiring contract in July as part of the Brendan Haywood trade with Cleveland, with no intention of keeping him.
