Feedback on BGS grading

Has anyone tried, or, does anyone know if a graded card can get reviewed? Sort of a second look, if that makes more sense. I have a graded card that received a poor grade for its surface. I cannot seem to see the flaws so I'm wondering why it got such a poor mark. Thanks for any positive feedback you might share.

The only stories I have heard from other collectors is their PSA grades were low, so they break the container and send the card into BGS for them to grade.
