I would like to give away a nice graded card with the answer of a trivia question..I would like to set the post of the question for a certain time, because i don't think it will take long for someone to post the correct answer..those who know, well just know i don't give away junk, it will be something worthwhile...am i allowed to do this on here?

Yeah it is ok for a member to do a contest. Just send a staffer the answer to the questions so they can keep track of it. But that is ok to do on here. Thanks for the nice gesture.
