This was a trade set up in the baseball team trading group several months back.

I sent out close to 200 total cards consisting of Daqda's two teams (Blue Jays, Astros) which he acknowledged to have received, and he was to send me a NY Yankees lot.

What I received were about 20 badly bent/damaged cards due to poor packaging (wrapped in saran wrap).
When I contacted Daqda about the issue initially he was not too concerned about how his cards arrived and seemed content to just leave the trade as is. After a few messages back and forth I got him to agree to send a replacement lot of either some stuff from my want list or players or teams I collect, and I even went as far as to agree to accept any kind of lot of anything, even stuff I don't necessarily collect, just as long as the cards arrived in good condition this time.

I just wanted to receive something out of this.

The issue seemed on its way to being resolved but several weeks went by with no resolution. I contacted the user again about two weeks ago, again he promised to send me cards, and still I've received nothing.

Tried to avoid posting this dispute as much as possible, but finally had to do it.

We both have been in contact with someone at daqda's and hopefully this will be fixed.

Daqda please make sure that you send with some sort of tracking and post the numbers here or pm the other trader.

Received a replacement lot of around 30 cards yesterday. Satisfactory enough for me to end the dispute and mark this trade as complete.
Sorry I didn't post it sooner. Was working overnight and got my mail this morning.

Great to hear that you at least got something in return.

Wish they (Dadqa or his mom) would have updated/notified someone like they were asked to do.
