    Redemption just in...

    Sent an 09-10 SP Gameused Basket ball dual auto in last March and Upper Deck was unable to redeem it. Got this for my trouble. Very Nice, they are getting a lot better and the people actually are very courteous on the phone these days. It's not as bad as it used to be. My hats off to Upper Deck.

                        I agree UD is beginning to get better. A couple months ago I had a redemption for a Josh McRoberts 09-10 Upper Deck Autograph, and I requested a replacement since it didn't look like he would sign. Got a nice Gilbert Arenas Auto/GU Buyback piece for my PC.

                          Awesome. I had called them in July regarding the dual and to check on the status of a Mystery cut I had in but by the time February rolled around I called them back and the kid said I had actually fallen through the cracks somehow. He was very apologetic and promised he'd get something out pronto. Lo and behold...
                          Two years ago it would certainly been a different story.
