  • Price Check Please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Got these 2 in trade and really would like a true price value for each.
Both are PSA DNA Certified auto;s.
1 is a Cy Young and he has signed it Cy Denton Young Red Sox and the other is a Ty Cobb signed Ty Cobb Detroit Georgia peach.
Actually pricing would be great and thks for any help.

Forgive me if this isn't helpful. PSA/DNA autos are worth pretty much whatever someone is willing to pay for them. If you're looking for a ballpark, check similar items on eBay. The less common the autographed item, the harder it is to determine a value. So what did they sign?
    My Photobucket (Trade/Sell):

    Collecting:
Baseball HOF Autos & Patches (no jerseys, unless old)
Griffey RCs, Autos, & Patches + RCs, Autos, & Patches for Other Future HOFers.
    Higher end top prospect cards.
Will consider vintage cards of well known players

Still collecting Frank Thomas in any uni and HoFer G/U & Auto's.

I do not trade nor buy at "eBay values", unless a card is so rare that it is unlisted.

I agree with you both, BUT just because something is listed for sale on eBay does not mean that is what it is worth. Sold listings is the only true measure, and that has to be taken over time. I can find $50 cards with sold values of $2, yet two weeks ago they were selling at $25, and then two weeks from now could be $15. You really need to get an average sold price over a time period of at least a month. On the items you are requesting values on it will be harder to get a true feel as they do not come up for sale that often, and even less are actually sold.

You are correct, that is why I didn't state that these were completed auctions.

I could not find any of his auto's signed with Cy "Denton" Young.

Terry needs to test the waters and put a decent reserve (if that will make him more comfortable) and hopefully a couple of collectors will get into a bidding war. lol

Thks to all who responded and the Young is a bank check and the Cobb is a 4x4 black photo auto.
Going to put them on Craig;s List first I think as I have both of them auto;s in my PC already and with these I can get the Grandkids some more nicey nice stuff.
Thks Banjo Man as he is the deserving one here as him and I trade daily and he has taken the last 3 vintage lots I put out on another site as well.
Another fun day trading thks to all.

Didn't make it to the Craig;s list as both of the beauty's and a Thurman Munson auto got me a run of 1970 thru 1980 sets in binders and albums.
But the 2 kids from St Jacques wanted auto;s not sets and made un unblieveable offer I couldn't say no to.
Banjo Man has been taken all the vintage I put out and he is going to have a field day as I am breaking up all these sets and putting a lot of this stuff on free bay as well.
              Nice nicey nice weekend.
All have a nice one as I sure as Heck am.
