Basketball Collectors, I need your help!

Hi guys/gals, I am on a new quest for a specific card and I know that if anyone can help it would be the basketball collectors on these types of forums. It is a goal to find this card for a friend who has helped me in my collection.

The catch is it must have the (509) inscription. Can you help me out? Please PM me if you can.. Thanks alot!
