    Sons Jeremy Lin Hopps 2nd year card pull!!

    My son bought a Hoops blaster with his birthday $$ and got a Lin 2nd year Lin card.

    He didnt even know who Lin was...lol. I told him about Linsanity and that it was worth $8-10. He was shootin for other players he likes such as D. Rose, D. Howard, C. Anthony...which he got also, so he was happy with the box. He doesnt care about the Lin, so I told him I'd see if anyone would trade him for some Saints...his favorite football team.

    Does anyone out there have any Saints cards, maybe a decent GU'd they'd trade my son?

      No interest in Lin. Did he pull any Celtics though? I have a Reggie Bush Jersey card...

        He did pull a Rondo, but that was one he was excited about.....lol

        I'll check his stack tonight for more Boston players and get back to you...either way, since joining this site and periodically rumaging thru my cards, I've come across Boston cards and have set them aside for you. This would be as good a time as any to get those to you.

              Can anyone else help out a young collector?? He's looking for Saints cards mainly, but also likes a few other basketball players such as:
              Dwayne Wade
              Kevin Durant
              Derrick Rose
              Grant Hill
              Michael Jordan

              He's just getting into GU'd cards, so was shooting for a jersey card for the Lin, let me know if anyone can trade his Lin for a nice jersey card of a player above.

                I don't want the Lin. Is he only looking for gu and autos of Saints? He doesn't need numbered cards or inserts, right? By the way, I didn't see anything to add in the deal we spoke about. Sorry that I forgot to respond earlier. Anyways, I'll check on Saints after I hear from you.

                  Really, he wouldnt mind anything Brees, Pierre Thomas, Bush, M. Colston, J. Shockey, M. Ingram, Deuce McAllister mailny, games used or just some inserts even. Ya know, he's into cards mainly cause dads always messin around with them, but he's recently been noticing my jersey cards and is getting interested in the fact that these jerseys are "game used". SO, I thought id take advantage of Linsanity (maybe a couple weeks late) to see if he could trade for a couple nice or one nice card. Schwood alreay came thru with a donation, but my son is all but willing to trade the Lin for something cool.

                          After seeing Lin light up Kobe i think he has a good future, but im not on the bandwagon yet. If he gets a long term deal and starting job, ill be interested in collecting him.

                          Good luck though. Id keep the card and wait until next season. He is injured now so people cooled off on him. It happens when a new or up and comer player gets injured
