Yes its 8 x10. These were given as special pack redemptions at the 09 National from Panini. I had gotten a Stephen McGee one in trade last year. Panini wouldn't give exact print runs other than most of the top picks were 25 or less. Our site also got one from them for the Player of the Day Promo Grand Prize.
