Looking for #25 or less of draft busts/washed out NFL Players!!

Hey guys, I'm looking to possibly trade (Have dozens of rookies, or could help build sets), or if necessary buy any letterman, auto, Patch, printing plate, or Jersey cards of Players who washed out of the NFL. Players like a Ryan Leaf caliber. Figured easiest way to get these cards is to go for players who frankly aren't players anymore. Looking to spend 1-10 dollars, so please keep that in mind. Green Bay Packers and Oakland/LA Raider draft busts take precedence.
