This 50-card standard-size set was produced by Front Row for "The Second Mile," a non-profit organization that helps needy children. The set spotlights All-Americans who played at Penn State from 1923 to 1991. The production run was limited to 20,000 sets. The fronts feature a mix of color and black and white, as well as posed and action, player photos with white borders. Card top carries Penn State in white on a blue border while the bottom has the player's name in a blue border and All-American in red. Front Row's logo appears at the bottom right. Horizontally printed backs have statistics and biography within a red border. An unnumbered insert has a checklist on one side and acknowledgments on the other. The cards are numbered on the back, with the player cards arranged in alphabetical order. Front Row also produced three promo cards prior to the general release of the set; they are distinguished by the fact that "Promo" is stamped diagonally across the back.
