Football card draft (updated rules)

I'm already excited and we haven't even started.
I think we should advertise rule changes in the thread title whenever the final rules are decided because some people may have looked and left if they didn't fit in the rules. Something like "Football card draft - rules adjusted" Maybe?

Yeah, ideas and constructive discussions are always a good thing. And whatever we all decide is all good with me. I want in, and will do my darndest to get a lot of stuff together for entry guys. It was a blast last time Tim did it. I had a great time. So, hopefully this one will be as good.

One thing, if the limits were a little more leniant, we might see a couple more people join.

I will throw something similar out there for an idea...

10 cards total
Each card a BV of at least 8 bucks
A total of all 10 cards should be at least 125 bucks
A mix of GU/Autos/Inserts/Rookies are welcome (but maybe say you have to have at least 1 of each)
Starters/Stars I am kind of indifferent on

I second Schwoods ideas. I struggled to get $150 last time and have been going through my stuff already and being just GU / Autos it will be tough. What about having something like having at least 6 must be GU/Autos? The others can be inserts / rookies?

Just a thought, but Second Round should go 10 - 1, then stay at 1 - 10 the rest of the draft (Gives those late rounders a little boost)
or, maybe the third round, whatever works????

So snake draft will be...

Odd rounds will draft 1 to 10
Even rounds will draft 10 to 1

Pretty much standard for a random type draft such as this.
