...and we are still waiting for our boxes! According to the tracking info there was a sorting problem at the UPS facility. I'm not sure what that entails but they are scheduled to be delivered today, hopefully intact.

We will definitely update the list and respond to your pm, just wanted to have something more substantial to offer!

That happened to me last month. My package was "left behind" Wednesday and Thursday. Finally arrived around 9:30 pm on Friday. Just recently, I bought 3 boxes from Blowout on Saturday (28th), they processed it and sent it out Monday evening (30th). Thought I would receive by Friday (3 full days less New Years), but didn't get until Monday (6th). Was expecting to have some fun opening for the weekend, but got postponed. Happened at Thanksgiving as well since UPS ended up being shut down on Friday.
