Well been waiting a while for some of these redemptions so finally got threw to someone that replaced them for me. He asked me what team I liked I picked the packers due to living in Wisconsin. All are f/t Except the Lacy is PC

This is the only one that I wasnt to happy with was a redemp for Julio Jones Playbook auto booklet /399

I called this number Customer Support (817) 662-5203 it put me threw to a guy named Brandon which I believe he has something to do with the replacements. Like said before I had talked to 2 different people and both told me they would get them replaced but nothing ever came.
