I had a few extra minutes today before work so I decided to hit the local pawn shops and I came across something pretty cool...
It was an entire, unopened set of 1991/1992 Pacific Nolan Ryan "Texas Express" trading cards. They are all Nolan Ryan cards, numbered 1-220. They were in perfect condition, still in the wrapper, and I got em for 5 buck (for both boxes)
There are some pretty cool shots of Ryan in it, pictures of him throwing every no-hitter, some pics of his family, and cool candid shots of him, as well as some from practice.
I thought it was a pretty cool find. Is it worth much? I don't think so, but they look good in my collection.
