A Question For the Big Hurt!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Got in this little near looking Frank Thomas and have no clue what it is????????????
Little Booklet type card with F Thomas in a colored card design and on the back is a Chicago White Sox Jersey Grey.
Never been opened up so i cannot tell what this is and by opening i would be taking the value of it away right.
What is it????????????????????????
