Topps Prime Nine Promo Offers Cards, World Series Trip
Collectors ripping packs of the just-released 2011 Topps Baseball Series 2 are uncovering redemption cards for a special hobby store promotion.* The Topps Prime 9 “Player of the Week” offers exclusive cards and a chance to win a trip to the 2012 World Series.
Starting July 18, on a weekly basis, Topps will announce the “Prime 9 Player of the Week”.* Collectors holding the corresponding redemption card for that week can bring the card to their local HTA store and redeem it for an exclusive limited edition Topps Chrome Refractor of that player.
Redemption cards can be found inside packs of 2011 Series 2 Hobby boxes at a rate of about one per 18 packs and one per five Jumbo packs.
In addition, the back of each redemption card functions as a special sweepstakes entry. *Collectors should fill out the entry form before they redeem at a hobby shop and the store owner will then submit the entry to Topps.
