2013 Topps Allen and Ginter Baseball

To anyone that can answer this question.

I have bought a few boxes of subject. In the cards after putting them in card order, i have noticed that i have a card #130 Pele that is in blue on front and blue lettering on back. What kind of card is this? It doesn't look like any other card in set.
