Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Michael Vick has signed an exclusive contract with J.O. SportsCo to distribute his game-worn equipment and autographs.
Las Vegas-based J.O. Sports will have exclusive rights to all of Vick’s gear from the 2010 NFL season and act as Vick’s sole distributor for autographs.
Vick, who pleaded guilty to felony dog fighting charges in 2007 and served a 21-month prison sentence,* took over the starting QB job for the Eagles in the third week of the season. Since then he has thrown 17 touchdown passes, passed for over 2,500 yards and rushed for seven touchdowns.
“We are excited to have one of the most thrilling players in the league working with J.O.SportsCo,” said Jarrod Oldridge, owner of J.O. SportsCo.
J.O. SportsCo has contracts with nearly half of the teams in the NFL to sell game worn and unwashed equipment to fans and collectors.
