If you can keep this between us, I’ll let you in on a little secret: I got an advance look yesterday at one of the coolest little football products to come along*in a long, long*time.

It’s the self-contained, brilliantly-boxed coup known as*the 2010 Donruss Football Rated Rookie Boxed*Set — and it’s even sweeter than it appeared when we first announced its existence in November.



It’s sure to be one of the most popular NFL*trading card products of the season because it has a can’t-miss arsenal rivaling Tim Tebow‘s that includes*100 Rookie Cards, one autographed Rookie Card and an irresistible price point ($19.99).

Luckily for us, I’m in good with Stephanie Carlson, Panini America‘s VP of Production. Carlson*was on her*way to drop some sets off to customer service yesterday when*she asked if I’d like to scan*a few of the cards.
