While I was still trying to come to grips with the fact that it was Monday morning all over again, Panini America NFL Brand Manager Carlos Torrez earlier today was across town at our printing facility*carefully scrutinizing the first few 2011 Panini Threads Football cases rolling off the line.

Thankfully, Torrez*procured*a vast assortment of hits from those first two cases for the following gallery.



As you’ll see, 2011 Panini Threads lives*up to its name by delivering a bevy of memorabilia-laden inserts while also encompasses some fresh new designs (such as Star Factor, which was inspired by a jersey*the legendary Ernie Davis wore during a college all-star game in the late 1960s). You’ll also notice the throwback allure of Gridiron Kings (including framed, autograph and memorabilia versions) and*the autographed Rookie Class letters that have become something of a Threads staple.
