Ebay is really iffy for me b/c there are a ton of fakes out. I'd try the LCS first or if you can get a TriStar or Leaf helmet box i'd go that way(just like opening a pack of cards!). It cost me about 100 bucks. From doing research, if you can get something w/ a COA from the following you'd probably be ok to buy off of ebay:

TriStar
Absolute Authentics
Mounted Memories
Gridiron Authentics
Radtke Sports

DA Cardworld has both the Tristar & Leaf mini helmets "packs" for 79.95. My LCS tends to run 10-20 dollars higher than that so seems about right.
