We went to Target this evening to purchase some Mahi Mahi fish filets for dinner. It's a Hawaiian name for Dorado. Mrs. Toshi prepares the Mahi Mahi with seasonings, mayonnaise, and bread crumbs. She then bakes it for a half hour or until the bread crumbs have browned. But you're not here on "Football Showcase" to get recipes.
We had two choices this evening. Either a Target exclusive 2013 Topps Platinum Blaster Box with a Platinum Relic card, or the 2013 Panini Rookies and Stars Longevity also a Target Exclusive. Please review our hits below.
