I was supposed to go the Chantilly Show but missed it when I relocated for work... Alexander the Great was there signing and I was going to have him sign a jersey for me... Gordie Howe is there this year but now I live too far away!

Two pricey guys right there. I would get Ovechkin soon if you ever get the chance. I've heard through his agent he'll probably stop doing public signings within the next year. I hope that isn't the case. He's been here 5 times in the past several years. I've been 4 times. I'll post some of my hauls from these events a bit later on. '

Gordie I've met 2 times here. Awesome guy. My friend Hersh Borenstein is the owner of a store in Toronto called Frozen Pond. Maybe you've heard of them? Anyways, the last time Gordie was here, I hung out in the back room with his grandson while he was signing with the public. Can't remember which of Gordie's sons his father was, but it was either Mark, or Marty obviously. It's the one that is a pro scout for the Flyers I thin it is. He still lives in Hartford from their playing days there.

Speaking of Frozen Pond, I will be doing a report with ample amounts of photos from each signing I attend, so stay tuned. He has about 4 announced guests coming soon. As I do on all si9tes I belong to, I will be able to help any member here get stuff at cost during these events. All they need to do is ask. I usually can save them 30-40% of the retail price after the events.
