The Rangers have re-signed catcher Geovany Soto to a one-year deal, according to Evan Grant of MLB.com (via Twitter). The deal is pending a physical.

Soto is definitely perplexing to me. He had so much potential and such a great rookie year. He hasn't been remotely close to that level since then.

Favorite football players include: Peyton Manning, John Elway, Daunte Culpepper, Mike Alstott, Blake Bortles, and Dri Archer
Collecting: 2012 Topps Mini 1987 topps... non-certified autos (in person or through the mail), autographed cards with bible verses
