Found 1976 card stamped Topps 75th in 2014

I appear to have found an original 1976 Bobby Mitchell card in Topps 2014 series 1 pack. It has a small Topps 75th silver stamp on it.

I can't find any information about this as an insert etc.

Who knows ? and can help
