Rajai Davis agree with Cleveland Indians
The Cleveland Indians have reached an agreement with outfielder Rajai Davis on a one-year deal, a baseball source told ESPN's Jerry Crasnick.
Davis, 35, agreed to a deal worth $5.25 million, according to the source.
A 10-year veteran, Davis finished the 2015 season with eight home runs and 30 RBIs and finished second on the Tigers with 18 stolen bases.
Though he was not an everyday player for the Tigers, appearing in 112 games, Davis provided a spark off the bench, particularly with his speed. He had a spectacular September, finishing with a .344 batting average, four home runs and 12 RBIs.
