I think this year's Giants team could possibly make this list.. Lincecum and Cain are as good as a 1-2 combo as there has been in a long time, plus Zito and Sanchez's numbers this year make it a very good 4 man rotation.. Wellemeyer is not doing very well but what 5 starter is

Going back about 40 years, and back to the four man rotation, it has to be the BALTIMORE ORIOLES 1969-1971. They were the last team to have four 20 game winners in the same season. Also, during that time they won 318 games with seasons of 109,108, & 101 wins. No rotation since then can compare with that one.

The main items Im looking to trade for are
        Baseball HOFers Autos I need
        Orioles Autos I need
        Baseball HOFers GU I need
        Orioles GU I need
        Vintage Orioles I need 1950s through 1970
However other offers will be considered

Back in the day it wasn't rare to see 20 game winners. It's not going to ever happen again because pitchers are always being watched and pitch on 4 days rest now.

The 1998 Atlanta Braves rotation also gets my vote. Player for player that rotation was amazing.
