Do Auctions Like These Make Cautious?

I know they say a COA can be easily attained. I know officially Upperdeck never released this card autographed unless one was a buyback. Plus the card looks damaged since the silver ink seems to have smudged on the left and middle panel card near the name.

Yeah that just dont seam right .Not starting at .99 cent . Makes me Cautious.But if its real would be a steal .Got a lot of stuff .I say go for it
