Hopefully Beasley works out better for them than Warrick and Childress did.

The Phoenix Suns have reached a verbal commitment with free-agent forward Michael Beasley on a three-year deal worth $18 million, according to sources familiar with the deal.

Not too much money for his talent - just too much money for the Suns to pay a guy who needs the ball in his hands to be effective. Beasley can average 18 points if given a chance to have the ball in iso mode, but that is exactly the opposite of what the Suns want to do in their offense. Unless he becomes a good pick and roll guy with Dragic, he is worth nothing to the Suns, as he can't shoot from long distance.
