The San Antonio Spurs have waived Michael Finley. Finley will be a good pickup for other playoff teams who need a veteran who can shoot 3 pointers. Lakers, Im looking your way.

The Boston Celtics will sign Michael Finley in the next few days. Not sure where Finley will get playing time on the Celtics. He complained about not playing on the Spurs. On the Celtics, he will be behind Ray Allen, Tony Allen, Paul Pierce, Marquis Daniels, and Nate Robinson.

I dont understand Finley's thinking on choosing the Celtics. If he wants to play, the Lakers or Cavaliers would have made more sense than the Celtics. If he wants to win another title, again the Lakers or Cavaliers would have made more sense.
