WASHINGTON -- Bradley Beal had 40 points and his first career triple-double while squaring off against his former teammate, and the Washington Wizards beat the Phoenix Suns 149-146 in triple-overtime in the highest-scoring NBA game since 2008.
He also had a career-high 15 assists and 11 rebounds, and reached the triple-double plateau by the end of the first overtime. He still had to play two more to help Washington to its second win in eight games
