Lakers drafted D'Angelo Russell with the #2 pick. I wanted Jahlil Okafor, but there are too many defensive and free throw issues with him. Russell was the right pick for this team.

Larry Nance Jr went at #27. Most mock drafts had him go somewhere in the 40-50 range. I trust the Lakers management did their homework on him. He supposedly impressed a lot of teams in his workouts and is a good defensive player.

Anthony Brown went at #34. Good defender and 3 point shooter.

Overall these players can only help the team.

Blazers signed Ed Davis to 3 years $20 million. This one sucks. I really wanted Lakers to keep Davis as he was the only good Lakers Free Agent I wanted them to retain. I guess this means they may try to bring back Jordan Hill depending on who they get in free agency.

Lakers get Roy Hibbert from Pacers for future second round pick. Defensive center that can only help the team. If it doesnt work out, at least he is an expiring contract. I like this trade.

Lakers sign Lou Williams to 3 years $21 million. Solid signing and he is instant offense off the bench. Now the team has too many guards on the roster. Im guessing they are working out something to trade Nick Young with Ryan Kelly.

Lakers sign Brandon Bass to 1 year $2.8 million. This means Jordan Hill is not coming back, even for a reduced salary. Hopefully they ship out Sacre and Kelly soon.

Clippers signed Wesley Johnson to 1 year $1.1 million. Thank goodness he is gone.

Hornets sign Jeremy Lin to 2 years $4 million year.

Wont miss any of them on my team.

Like this signing. He can help the younger kids develop into pros.
