Derek Anderson's Post Game Interview... Better than his MNF Performance?
If you didn't watch the 27-6 San Francisco 49ers victory over the Arizona Cardinals tonight, it's okay because you didn't miss much.
The exciting part of the night was Arizona Cardinals quarterback Derek Anderson's press conference. He was talking to one of his lineman during the 4th quarter of the blowout and the camera's caught him smiling. One reporter had the nerve to call him out on it.
