Cardinals | Unlikely to reach deal with Larry Fitzgerald

Contract negotiations between the Arizona Cardinals and the agent for WR Larry Fitzgerald are 'ongoing,' according to general Manager Rod Graves, reports Kent Somers, of The Arizona Republic. But it's doubtful a deal will be reached before Thursday, March 3, when the NFL's collective bargaining agreement expires. 'Obviously the window is getting shorter in terms of us being able to close something before the end of the (league) year,' Graves said.



I think he is wanting to see what they do about the QB position before a long term deal...
