Broncos RE Elvis Dumervil was arrested in Miami on Saturday night and has been charged with third-degree felony aggravated assault with a firearm.
Police haven’t released any additional information, but it is known that another man was arrested along with Dumervil. If convicted, Dumervil faces a three-to-five year prison sentence. He was reportedly released on Saturday after posting $7,500 bail. Dumervil's attorney, Harvey Steinberg, said "no assault or aggravated assault took place," but offered no further comment.
