Peyton Manning Destiny box set Gold Foil vs. Silver. Any info?

Hi,
I had opened a box of the Peyton Manning Destiny set from 2000 a few months ago and all of the cards are silver lettering. Today, I opened another set, but all of the cards are foil refractors and gold lettering. None are numbered. Does any one have any info on these sets?
