Yahoo Sports reports agent Drew Rosenhaus has filed a grievance with the NFLPA against former client DeSean Jackson alleging he failed to pay back more than $400,000 in loans.
Uh oh. It appears we now know why the sides recently split. Rosenhaus is alleging that D-Jax failed to repay multiple loans he took out between November 2009 and March 2012. It's not unusual for agents to loan clients money, and Jackson was rumored to be having financial problems before signing his "five-year, $47 million" extension in March 2012. As for Rosenhaus, he's risking alienating some of his other clients by going so aggressively after one of his former players.
